그래디언트(Gradiant)는 영국 옥스퍼드셔주 디드콧(Didcot)에 위치한 하이퍼스케일 데이터센터를 위한 수처리 시설 설계 및 구축하는 계약을 수주했다. 이번 프로젝트는 세계적인 인공지능(AI) 및 클라우드 인프라 제공업체를 지원하며, 기존 발전소 부지에 건설된다.

데이터센터의 성장이 가속화되면서 물은 데이터센터의 입지와 확장 방식에 있어 중요한 제약 요소로 작용하고 있다. 이에 따라 운영사들은 데이터센터 전반에 걸쳐 안정적인 용수 관리 역량을 갖춘 파트너를 점점 더 필요로 하고 있다.

Gradiant Wins Major Water Contract for UK Hyperscale Data Center

 

Gradiant, a global leader in advanced water and wastewater solutions, has been awarded a contract to design and deliver a water treatment facility for a hyperscale data center in Didcot, Oxfordshire, in the United Kingdom. The project will support one of the world’s foremost AI and cloud infrastructure providers and is being developed on the site of a former power station.

As data center growth accelerates, water is becoming a defining constraint on where and how data centers can be built and scaled. Gradiant will deliver an integrated solution covering treatment, recycling, and zero liquid discharge.
