그런포스의 ISIA SpA와 칼곤 카본사의 UV기술(CCUV) 부분 등 두가지 기술 인수

일류 수처리 및 하·폐수 처리 솔루션을 제공한다는 중요한 임무를 계속 수행하는  드노라(De Nora)는 그런포스(Grundfos)의 ISIA SpA와 칼곤 카본 쿠퍼레이션(Calgon Carbon Corporation)의 UV 기술 부분( UV Technologies Division ;  UV)를 수처리 솔루션 제품군(portfolio)에 추가하는 두 가지 주요 인수를 완료했다고 7월 8일 발표했다.

드노라(De Nora)는 이러한 이산화염소와 자외선 용수처리 기술을 추가함으로써 고객에 대한 포괄적인 솔루션을 더욱 풍부하게 하고 새롭게 등장하는 오염물질과 복잡한 용수처리 문제에 대처하는 리더십을 강화할 수 있게 되었다.

7월 1일 현재 인수 담당자와 함께 De Nora는 두 가지 주요 병원체 방어 방법에 대한 당국을 한 지붕 아래에 모았다. 이산화염소 발생기는 20년 이상 동안 ISIA의 주요 초점이었다.

CCUV는 거의 30년 전에 자외선을 이용한 첨단 산화공정(AOP ; advanced oxidation processes)을 개척했다. 이번 추가 조치로 드노라(De Nora)의 Capital Controls® 소독 제품 포트폴리오는 60년 이상 우수성과 동의어로 사용되어 왔다.

병원균을 제거하기 위한 새롭고 강력한 방법을 찾을 수 있는 혁신 능력은 De Nora의 주요 초점이다.

이 임무는 사회가 미지의 영역으로 진입함에 따라 더욱 중요해지고 범람과 같은 재앙적 기상 사건 및 전지구적 대유행병이 증가하고 있으며, 이는 최근 연구에서 모두 상수원에서 검출된 오염물질 수준에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

이번 인수를 통해 DeNora는 도시, 산업 및 해양 애플리케이션 전반에서 성공적인 다중 장벽 솔루션을 제공할 수 있게 되었다.

칼곤 카본 쿠퍼레이션(Calgon Carbon Corporation)과의 거래에는 지방 및 산업용 물 자외선 소독 브랜드인 RAYOX, SENTINEL 및 C3 Series UV와 더불어 UV 평형수(ballast water ) 물관리 시스템의 세계적 선도업체인 하이드 마린(Hyde Marine)의 제품, 브랜드 및 자산이 포함된다. 두 회사 모두 향후 몇 주 내에 드노라(De Nora)의 운영 체제로 전환하기 시작할 예정이다.

De Nora Finalizes Deals Of Ultraviolet And Chlorine Dioxide Disinfection Technologies

Continuing its critical mission of delivering first-class water and wastewater treatment solutions, De Nora is pleased to announce the finalization of two major acquisitions, adding Grundfos’ ISIA S.p.A. and the UV Technologies Division (“CCUV”) from Calgon Carbon Corporation to its portfolio of water treatment solutions.

The addition of these chlorine dioxide and ultraviolet water treatment technologies will allow De Nora to further enrich its comprehensive range of solutions to its customers and reinforce its leadership in combating emerging contaminants and complex water treatment challenges.

With the acquisition official as of July 1, De Nora brings the authorities of two key methods of pathogen defense together under one roof. Chlorine dioxide generators have been the primary focus of ISIA for more than 20 years.

CCUV pioneered advanced oxidation processes (AOP) using UV light nearly 30 years ago. The additions will elevate De Nora’s Capital Controls® disinfection product portfolio, a name that has been synonymous with excellence in water treatment for more than 60 years.

The ability to innovate to find new, stronger methods for eliminating pathogens continues to be a primary focus for De Nora.

The mission becomes even more critical as society enters unchartered territory, experiencing increased frequency of catastrophic weather events such as flooding, as well as global pandemics ? both shown in recent research to have an impact on the level of Contaminants of Emerging Concern (CECs) detected in water sources.

The acquisitions improve De Nora’s ability to provide successful multi-barrier solutions across municipal, industrial and marine applications. 

Included in the deal with Calgon Carbon Corporation are municipal and industrial water ultraviolet disinfection brands RAYOX, SENTINEL and C3 SERIES UV, as well as the products, brands and assets of Hyde Marine, a world leader in UV ballast water management systems. Both companies will begin transitioning to De Nora’s operations in the coming weeks.
