GS Inima and Veolia among six to prequalify for Oman project
GS Inima and Veolia Middle East are among six entities shortlisted for a desalination plant project in Khasab, Oman, reports Times of Oman.
The others are a consortium of ACWA Emirates and Sogex Oman, as well as AquaVenture/ Seven Seas, Tedagua, and Utico.
The six were chosen from among 13 statements of qualification received last month by Oman Power and Water Procurement Co.
The proposed 16,000 m3/d desalination plant project will be the first such in Oman to be delivered by the private sector.
