유지보수가 용이하며 깨끗한 물 펌핑에 적합

Flomatic® 밸브는 미국 철강 협회(American Iron and Steel, AIS) 규격 공기 및 진공 MAXIAIR® 모델을 출시했다.

이 제품은 316 스테인리스강 내부의 강력한 융접착 에폭시 코팅 연성 철 본체와 덮게(내부 표면 포함)를 특징으로 하며 유지보수가 용이하도록 작업자를 염두해 설계됐다.

AWWA 표준 C512를 충족하도록 설계돼 있으며, 깨끗한 물 펌핑 용도로 사용된다. 2볼트 Quick Access™ 커버, 내식성 316 스테인리스 강 플로트 및 트림, 탄력있는 Buna-N 시트, 전체 NPS(nominal pipe size) 배관 사이즈의 나사형 암 입구 및 출구 포트를 특징으로 한다.

Flomatic® 밸브의 기술 관리자인 브라이언 앨런(Brian Allen)은 "재고가 있고 공급 준비가 된 우리의 새로운 AWWA C512 및 AIS 규격 MAXIAIR® 공기/진공 밸브는 공기 배출 및 진공 파이프라인 보호가 필요한 깨끗한 물 응용 분야에 이상적이다"라고 말했다. MAXIAIR® 공기/진공 밸브는 시스템 시동 시 다량의 공기를 배출하고 정전 또는 파이프라인 중단 시 음압이 발생할 경우 파이프라인 진공 보호를 위해 다량의 공기를 허용한다.

Flomatic Announces The American Iron and Steel (AIS) Compliant MAXIAIR® Model Is Now Available

Flomatic® Valves is pleased to announce the new American Iron and Steel (AIS) compliant Air and Vacuum MAXIAIR® model is now available.

Featuring a strong fusion bonded epoxy coated ductile iron body and cover (including internal surfaces) with 316 stainless steel internals this product is designed with the operator in mind for ease of maintenance. Engineered to meet AWWA Standard C512 for clean water pumping applications. Features include a two-bolt Quick Access™ cover, corrosion resistant 316 stainless steel float and trim, resilient Buna-N seating, and full nominal pipe size threaded female inlet and outlet ports.

“In stock and ready to ship, our new AWWA C512 & AIS compliant MAXIAIR® Air/Vacuum valves are ideal for clean water applications that require air release and vacuum pipeline protection.” said Brian Allen, Engineering Manager at Flomatic® Valves. MAXIAIR® Air/Vacuum valves exhaust large quantities of air at system start-up and admit large quantities of air to provide pipeline vacuum protection when negative pressure develops during power failures or pipeline breaks.
