[영국] 블루워터바이오, 세번트렌트워터와 6차 인(P) 제거 계약

수처리 산업의 주요 처리 솔루션 공급 업체인 블루워터바이오 리미티드(Bluewater Bio Limited)는 주요 자본 공급 파트너인 MWH 트리트먼트 리미티드(MWH Treatment Limited; MWHT)를 통해 세번트렌드워터(Severn Trent Water)와 6번째 인(P) 제거 계약을 체결했다.

멀티미디어 여과기술인 '필터 클리어(FilterClear)'는 워릭셔 이첸 뱅크(Warwickshire Itchen Bank) STW에 3차 고형물 제거(ertiary Solids Removal; TSR) 설비를 제공한다. 

인(P)에 대한 계약 목표가 0.24mg/L인 0.3mg/L의 새로운 동의를 준수하기 위해 BwB는 완전 자동화 된 4v2550 3차 고형물 제거 설비를 제공하고 있다. 이 시설이 완료되면 '필터 클리어(FilterClear)' 고형물 제거 설비는 초당 115L를 초과하여 처리할 수 있게 된다.

BwB의 범위에는 새로운 TSR 공장의 설계, 제조, 공급, 설치 및 시운전 등이 포함될 것이며, 2020년 가을에 납품될 예정이다.

이 계약은 세번트렌드워터(Severn Trent Water)와의 여섯 번째 인(P) 제거 계획이며, AMP 7의 첫 번째 계약이다. 이 프로젝트는 NEC의 최신 계약인 NEC4에 따라 전달될 것이다.

필터클리어(FilterClear)는 모듈식 및 확장 가능한 프로세스로서, 초당 2L에서 1,000L를 초과하는 흐름을 처리한다.

Bluewater Bio Secures 6th Phosphorus Removal Contract With Severn Trent Water

Bluewater Bio Limited, a leading provider of treatment solutions to the water industry, is pleased to announce that Severn Trent Water (“Severn Trent”), through its key capital delivery partner MWH Treatment Limited (“MWHT”), has selected the Company’s high rate multi-media filtration technology, FilterClear, for the provision of a Tertiary Solids Removal (TSR) plant at Itchen Bank STW, Warwickshire.

In order to achieve compliance with the new consent of 0.3 mg/l - with a contractual target of 0.24 mg/l - for phosphorus, BwB are providing a fully automated 4v2550 tertiary solids removal plant. Once completed, the FilterClear solids removal plant will be capable of treating in excess of 115 l/s.

BwB’s scope will include design, manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of a new TSR plant, with delivery scheduled for Autumn 2020.

The contract marks the Company’s sixth phosphorus removal scheme with Severn Trent and first for AMP 7. The project will be delivered under the most up to date NEC suite of contracts, NEC4.

FilterClear is both a modular and scalable process, treating flows ranging from 2 L/s to in excess of 1,000 L/s.
